provide smoke-free, pet-free accommodations. Please help us maintain this
status.

BOOKING
INFORMATION
The minimum age to rent a property from the Chalet is 25 years of age.
Valid identification is required upon check-in. All minors (those under the
age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or adult over
the age of 25 years old.
A 2 –night
minimum stay is required. The chalet requires a 3–night
minimum stay during the holiday season (December 23 – January 4.)
Payment for
first night is due by time of booking.
No refunds made
pending satisfactory inspection of unit after departure. You will be
responsible for damage, theft, extra cleaning, lost keys, items moved from
one unit to another or extra people.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4 pm.
Check-out time
is 11 am. Tenants may be charged an additional night’s rent without
stay for late check-out.
Before
departing, we ask that you leave the chalet in the same manner you found it
in. Please place used sheets and
towels on the washer/dryer. Please
empty all food from the refrigerator and wipe any spills. Please run the dishwasher if need
be. Be sure all the windows and
doors are locked and that the heat control is set at 60 degrees. Leave key in lock box and the pool key in
the kitchen. You will be charged $25
for any lost keys.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Our units are cleaned after each stay.
AMENITIES
The following
amenities are provided for your convenience: hand soap, dishwasher
detergent, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, dish towels, toilet paper,
trash bags, bath towels, bed linens and a fully equipped kitchen.
POLICIES
Smoking
is PROHIBITED inside all dwellings on the premises.
Pets are
PROHIBITED.
At no time
shall the chalet be used for a party or commercial purposes.
Curfew for all
Lake Collins properties is 9pm. Please refrain from making excessive noise
after this time.
The renter
shall pay any and all legal fees to the owner and agent if any action or
suit shall be brought about by the owner or agent for the recovery of rent
due, reimbursement of damages, cleaning or other expenses incurred by the
renter.
The management shall
have the right at any and all times to enter and inspect the premises.
We reserve
the right to evict at any time any guest who is not in compliance with the
above stated policies. There will be no refunds for eviction due to
non-compliance with our policies.
